Junk Journal Making

This is where you can find a place for all those beautiful old papers and fabrics and bits of things you just can’t throw away. The older and more worn the scrap, the better your junk journal will look. We are going to put our pages together in some kind of tasteful chaotic order, and make it into a book! THEN we’ll have some time to start filling it.

I’ll provide everything you will need, but you are welcome to bring those papers and pages you’ve been keeping (we won’t use the word, “hoarding.”) If you don’t have anything to bring, don’t worry, the studio has PLENTY.

I’ve added an hour to the class, so we’ll use the first 2 hours to make the journals, then have another hour to add paint and start filling the pages. So bring a favorite beverage…this is a GREAT way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
