DESCRIPTION:Land Trust of North Alabama is pleased to offer a new outdoor wellness program–Saturday morning yoga at Chapman Mountain Nature Preserve. We invite you to join yoga instructor Claudette Dahlberg to lengthen and strengthen your muscles in a vinyasa flow practice. \nThis program will take place in the grassy area adjacent to the Terry Education Pavilion.
