Most of our members have enough props to share\, so all you need to bring is your willingness to try something new! \nWhat is Flow Arts? \nFlow arts is a general term used to describe the intersection of a variety of movement-based disciplines including dance\, juggling\, fire-spinning\, and object manipulation. We’ll start at the trailhead by Heritage Elementary School and head south for just about a mile or so. The greenway is paved and wide\, so this is the perfect walk for strollers or young hikers. We’ll take a nice slow pace and see what the creekside has to offer. \nMeeting Location: We’re meeting at the trailhead at Heritage Elementary School\, 11775 County Line Rd\, Madison\, AL 35758.
