SUMMARY:VOLUNTEER at Trailhead 5K – Benefiting the Land Trust of North Alabama
DESCRIPTION:We need your help to make the Trailhead 5K a success! The race is happening Sunday\, September 14\, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help guide participants along the route. \nAs a route guide\, you’ll cheer on runners and walkers\, make sure they stay on track\, and be a friendly\, encouraging presence on race day. It’s a fun way to be part of the event without breaking a sweat—and you’ll be supporting the Land Trust’s mission at the same time! \nYour energy and support will keep participants moving in the right direction and help create an unforgettable experience. \nThank you for volunteering your time and energy—we couldn’t do it without you. \nNo experience required. Bug spray\, sunscreen\, and water recommended. Complete a separate registration for each individual participating (each person must sign a waiver). Guardians may sign up on behalf of minors. Registration Required. \nDue to safety concerns\, all volunteers must be at least 12 years old to participate. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. The Land Trust is committed to the inclusion of all qualified volunteers including those with a disability. However\, not all natural work environments are accessible. Please let our volunteer coordinator know the nature of the accommodation needed so that we may make every effort\, where possible\, to include all in the event. \n\nSign Up. \n\n
