DESCRIPTION:Dance with friends under the stars at Moon Dance to help save North Alabama’s freshwater resources and great natural lands! Moon Dance\, presented by Redstone Federal Credit Union\, is a dinner featuring music from DJ ReggieRegg\, a synchronized lighting experience by River City Lights\, and a silent auction. The event is held in the beautiful bowl of Three Caves Quarry on Monte Sano Nature Preserve and is our biggest fundraiser of the year! \nTickets go on sale July 31\, 2026 for members and August 7\, 2026 for non-members. \nPurchase Tickets: https://events.humanitix.com/2026-moon-dance-at-three-caves \nTicket Pricing (before fees and tax) \n\nNon-member individual ticket (1 seat) | $150\nNon-member Tables (8 seats) | $1\,100\nMember individual ticket (1 seat) | $115\nMember Table (8 seats) | $800\nCorporate Table (8 seats) | $1\,500\n\nImportant Ticket Information: Land Trust Members at the Pathfinder ($100 annually) level or above receive a discounted ticket price (does not apply to Corporate Tables). After purchasing your membership\, please call the Land Trust office to receive the code. \nWhat is Moon Dance?\n\nThe Venue | Three Caves is located within the Land Trust’s Monte Sano Nature Preserve\, one of the largest urban nature preserves in the US\, and has become one of the most unique outdoor venues in North Alabama. Conveniently located just two miles from Downtown Huntsville\, Three Caves gets its name from the three limestone openings that accentuate the stage. The venue offers a comfortable ~55°F temperature year-round. As the sun sets and the lights begin to accentuate the walls\, guests are in store for a truly magical experience.\nDinner | A buffet-style dinner\, including a vegetarian option\, will be provided by Bubba’s Silver Spoon Catering. Two drink tickets are included with your admission and additional wine and beer will be available for purchase. No outside food or drink allowed.\nMusic | The talent for the evening will be DJ ReggieRegg\, a local deejay and entertainer with over fifteen years of experience. A new addition this year is an immersive lighting experience provided by River City Lights and CKsimon\, who has served as the Lighting Designer for the Pearl Necklace at Burning Man since 2015.\nSilent Auction | Shop the silent auction at 32auctions.com/moondance2026. All bidding will be online with most items on display at the event. Bidding begins on Saturday\, September 12 at 8 AM and ends on Saturday\, September 19 at 9:30 PM. No account is needed to view the auction but you will need to create an account in order to bid. You can quickly create your account in advance at 32auctions.com/users/new so you’re ready to bid. Auction winners will be notified and invoiced by email when the auction closes. You can pay your invoice online or by visiting the checkout station (cards or digital payments only) at the event. Items can be picked up at the event or at the Land Trust office the week after the event.\nTransportation | A free shuttle service from Huntsville Hospital parking lots begins around 6:30 PM\, as there is no on-site parking at the venue. Rideshare drop-off is at Mountain Springs Pool. Gates open at 6:30 PM.\nAttire | Casual dress with closed toe shoes (due to gravel) recommended. The temperature at Three Caves is typically a few degrees cooler due to cool air coming from the caves.\n\nThank you to our sponsors!
