The broad category flow arts includes a variety of pursuits that harmonize skill-based techniques with creative expression to achieve a state of present-moment awareness known as ‘flow’. \nCommon forms of flow arts include poi & staff spinning\, hula hoop (or “hooping”)\, juggling\, sphere manipulation (or “contact juggling”)\, and fan dance. DESCRIPTION:  Arts Huntsville and the Huntsville Parks and Recreation are thrilled to announce the return of the Concerts in the Park series\, kicking off on Monday\, June 1\, 2026.Celebrating its longstanding tradition as one of Huntsville’s favorite summer events\, the free weekly concert series will feature 10 weeks of live performances in Big Spring Park every Monday evening through August 3.
