SUMMARY:Juggling & Hula Hoop Workshops
DESCRIPTION:Juggling and Hula Hoops galore!  Join us for these incredibly fun\, pop up workshops at Rocket City Circus Arts! Taught by the talented Nick Hanson & Lila Celeste\, these workshops will introduce you to the foundational skills to the wonderful world of juggling and hooping. Each workshop is completely beginner-friendly welcoming those with zero experience; however\, all levels are welcome to join as we have something for everyone!  \n  \nFoundations to Juggling with Nick: 1:30-2:30pm \n\nYou will work with classic juggling balls starting with 1\, then adding 2\, and work up to trying 3 by the end! Nick will teach technique at each step along the way! All equipment provided. \n\n  \nHula Hooping Foundations & Flow with Lila Celeste: 12:00-1:00pm \n\nYou will have the opportunity to explore a few different types of hoops ranging from polypro\, speed aluminum (as seen in the circus)\, weighted hoops\, and even LED hoops. Lila will guide you in a few skills/tricks while focusing on technique. Each skill will built onto the next to create a short sequence. All equipment will be provided.\n\n  \nAll age event!  \n  \nPreregistration is strongly encouraged. A signed liability waiver must be on file before participating in either workshop. Please register through the Jack Rabbit Portal by visiting rocketcitycircus.com. Once you are on the site\, click the 3 line drop down button to the left and click registration. This will prompt you to create an account through our online portal where you can select your class and sign your waivers.  \n  \n$10 with advanced registration. $15 for walk-ins. Please note\, you will be required to sign a waiver in person if you walk-in day of the event.  \n  \nAttire: please be sure to wear loose but form fitting clothing (i.e. yoga pants\, tank tops\, etc.) for hula hooping. Baggy t-shirts are discouraged. Wear comfortable footing (no heels)\, but you will have the option to remove shoes. For juggling\, wear what you feel comfortable in! \n  \nIf you have any questions\, please reach out to us by email at rocketcitycircusarts@gmail.com or by phone at (850) 345-2418!  \n  \nWe look forward to seeing you soon. And\, may all your days be circus days!
