Agave & Rye, the Bridge Street restaurant known for tacos + margaritas, officially closed its doors on October 21. This location opened back in May of 2021.

The chain has a heavy presence in the Midwest, with nine locations in Ohio alone. If this was one of your go-to spots, Chattanooga’s restaurant is now the closest to Huntsville.

[💔TEMPORARILY CLOSING] Los Compas

A fire on the afternoon of Friday, October 23, has led to the temporary closing of Los Compas, a highly-rated Mexican restaurant in Trinity (near Decatur).

Owners announced the restaurant will “shut down until further notice” and that “everyone is safe.”
