15 Huntsville business honored as Best Places to Work

More and more, people are realizing that its not enough just to “have a job.” Finding a place you really enjoy working is vital to happiness and production.

This week, the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce honored those Huntsville businesses considered by employees as Best Places to Work. The winners were announced during a luncheon Tuesday at the Von Braun Center. See who won:

Micro Category

In the Micro Category, which is for companies with 10-24 employees, the winners are:

• GOLD: Peterman and Sons (P&S) Solutions
• SILVER: JS Solutions LLC
• BRONZE: Systems Technology & Research, Inc

Small Category

The Small Category for Best Places to Work includes business with 25-50 employees. The three winners are:

• GOLD: Phased n Research, Inc.
• SILVER: Crossflow Technologies
• BRONZE: Mission Driven Research

Medium Category

Copanies in the Medium Category for Best Places to Work have between 51 and 100 employees. Here’s who took the honors in that category:

• GOLD: KODA Technologies, Inc.
• SILVER: Invariant Corporation
• BRONZE: TriVector Services, Inc.

Large Category

The Large Category for the awards is reserved for businesses with 101-250 employees. Here are the three winners:

• GOLD: Avion Solutions
• SILVER: NTA, Incorporated
• BRONZE: Thompson Gray, Inc.

X-Large Category

The largest company category includes companies with more than 250 employees. Here is who came home with some hardware oin the X-Large Category:

• GOLD: IronMountain Solutions
• SILVER: Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3)
• BRONZE: Radiance Technologies, Inc.

Hall of Fame

In addition to this year’s award winners, Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) and PeopleTec were inducted into the Best Places to Work Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame launched last year, and the award is bestowed to companies who have won for 10 or more years.
