2 large construction projects in North Alabama awarded permits

Two building permits for construction projects exceeding $1 million were issued last week in the state, and both are in North Alabama – one in Madison and one in Albertville.

Villages at Town Madison

Earlier this year, the Madison Planning Commission approved a site plan for the Villages at Town Madison between Outfield Drive and Stadium Way, near Toyota Field. Located within the I-565 Corridor Key Development Area, the property has been sub-divided into three-parts to allow for individual buyers to utilize the separate lots.
