2 new eateries coming to Hays Farm this year + Tom Browns opening soon
Reading time: 2 minutes
Between developments like MidCity, Stovehouse, Clift Farm and others, Huntsville’s getting a lot of new options when it comes to good eats.
Hays Farm is no exception. Amerigo and Rock n’ Roll Sushi are already open at the Market at Hays Farm, and now, there’s more coming to the South Huntsville development—and soon.
According to a report by AL.com, here’s what eateries are coming to Hays Farm this year.
The new spots—City Bowls + Loco Taco
First, City Bowls. This Birmingham-based smoothie bowl spot started out as a food truck in 2017. Owners Cory and Tori Dill took it to the next level in 2018 when they opened their first storefront in Vestavia Hills. Since then, they’ve opened two more Birmingham-area locations as well as two locations in Florida.
Now, they’re coming to Huntsville. Their Hays Farm location is expected to open by the end of the year, bringing fresh acai, pitaya, green and build-your-own bowls to The Market.
Next, Loco Taco. The owners of Rock n’ Roll Sushi are bringing this concept—fun, fast-casual Mexican fare—to life. This one is expected to open by the end of the year as well.
And, as a bonus, Starbucks will join City Bowls and Loco Taco. All three spots will be located in a building behind Tom Brown’s on Haysland Road. Speaking of…
Tom Brown’s at Hays Farm
For the past few years, Madison residents have been loving the flavors and atmosphere of Tom Brown’s Restaurant, owned by Tom and Ashley Brown. Even Huntsville residents don’t mind a bit of a drive to experience Tom Brown’s.
But soon, they won’t have to drive that far. Tom Brown’s Restaurant is coming to Hays Farm, as we reported last year. But now, we’re much closer to the opening.
In fact, Tom Brown’s Restaurant will be opening its Huntsville location at Hays Farm in the next couple of months—and we can’t wait.
