These businesses are closing soon
Two area businesses announced their closure recently, although one of them is just closing temporarily while they move locations.
Orvis at Bridge Street is closing (they are actually having a clearance sale now if you are interested in grabbing some cool outdoor gear). The Huntsville store is one of 31 Orvis locations that will close by the end of the year. The Bridge Street location will close permanently Dec. 24.
Also, La Esquina Cocina is closing its location on Holmes Avenue downtown and opening a new location. The new location has not been announced, but ownership said they will make an announcement closer to the date of the new location’s opening.
The last day of business for the restaurant’s Holmes location will be Jan. 4.
