Those of you with kids probably know what all goes into planning a child’s birthday party, and that it’s not an easy task. And one of the first issues to tackle is where exactly the party will take place. Luckily for Huntsvillians, there are plenty of great places to host birthday parties for kids in Huntsville.

Here’s a short list of some great sports for your kiddos and their friends:

1. Huntsville Museum of Art

If your kid loves to draw or paint or create art of any kind, the Huntsville Museum of Art is a great place to host your kid’s birthday party. The Education Department will arrange for a qualified art instructor and all the art supplies for a hands-on art activity for the party guests.

Please contact the Museum’s Education Department at least two weeks in advance.

2. Huntsville Havoc hockey games

No matter how old the birthday guest of honor is, having a birthday party with the Huntsville Havoc allows you to celebrate your birthday while cheering on the Havoc.

Birthday packages are available for every Huntsville Havoc home game. Seating will be based on available inventory for said games. The Birthday Package includes a birthday announcement on the video board throughout the game, a birthday card signed by the team and more.

The Havoc’s season takes place in the fall and winter, so if you are planning a birthday party for the spring and summer, the Rocket City Trash Pandas can certainly accommodate.

4. Early Works Children’s Museum

Anyone who has ever visited Early Works Children’s Museum knows how special this place is for kids,so you can imagine that having your kid’s birthday party right there at the museum would be a fabulous time. Birthday parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Who doesn’t love a roller skating party? You can’t go wrong when you get a bunch of friends together at a roller skating rink. Roller Time Skating Center in Huntsville has several different birthday party packages to choose from, depending on the size of your party.
