7. My Bitter Half

Don’t have a Valentine this year? Celebrate with your galentine! 106 Jefferson has a Valentine’s Day event for everyone. For the weekend, the hotel will be serving a specialty cocktail at Baker & Able, the rooftop bar. General Manager Jillian Cooper created the drink, My Bitter Half.

What’s in it? Broken Shed vodka, Campari, pineapple, lime, Tubinado syrup, floral bitters and egg white. A must-try if you ask me.
