It’s a new month, and you know what that means—new coffee specials!

In February, we tried some seriously fun flavors at our local coffee shops—from king cake to chocolate covered strawberry.

Now, we’re looking forward to spring-inspired flavors and festive St. Patrick’s Day drinks. Here’s what on the March menu at some of Huntsville’s favorite coffee shops.

Rooster’s Crow has a special called The Froggy, and it’s so beloved that they made a whole menu inspired by it. The “Froggy Menu” is only available through March, and these are the drinks we’re trying first.

  • Choccy Froggy: An iced latte (because it’s that time of year) that combines the flavors of dark chocolate, honey and cinnamon
  • Strawberry Froggy: Another iced latte that is made with homemade strawberry syrup, cinnamon and honey

Ready to try them? Here’s where you can find Rooster’s Crow.

  • Oops!…I Did It Again: A coffee with flavors of cake batter, brown sugar cinnamon and maple
  • Toxic: A coffee with dark chocolate, strawberry and hazelnut flavors

Here’s where you can find these two drinks, as well as the whole Britney-inspired menu.

Honest Coffee

Honest Coffee is a community favorite for a reason. Their bustling atmosphere—filled with locals and visitors alike—and their coffee keep us coming back. This month, they’ve got new specials with lots of springtime flair.

  • Strawberry Shortcake Latte: Sugar Pusher’s (Ally Burnett) new signature latte with all the flavors of strawberry shortcake
  • Cottage Core: A lavender and vanilla latte that you can get iced—perfect for the warmer days of March here in Huntsville
