Annual Mayor’s Bike Ride is back for another amazing year

Get your helmets out and pump up those bicycle tires because the 16th Annual Mayor’s Bike Ride is in just a few weeks. This is the 16th year for the event, which Mayor Battle has made a staple in the community during Bicycle Safety Month.

Join the 16th Annual Mayor’s Bike Ride

As part of Mayor Battle’s Healthy Huntsville initiative, the family-friendly, 4-mile bike ride through downtown Huntsville promotes wellness through exercise and nutrition.

The event coincides with Bike Safety Month and the Cove Bike Rodeo, highlighting the City’s ongoing commitment to enhancing multimodal transportation and rider safety.

“It’s exciting to see this ride in its 16th year. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just out for a good time with the family, we’d love to have you ride along with us.”

Those who wish to ride with Mayor Battle should arrive at Big Spting Park by 10:30AM for check-in and registration.

Free parking is available at the VBC parking garage entrance on Church Street. Bike vendors will be on-site with information about year-round activities and cycling products.
