204-unit apartment complex now set for construction at Research Park

Construction is expected to begin this month on a new 204-unit apartment development on Research Park Boulevard in Huntsville. The new luxury apartment complex, The Viola, is set to open in 2027.

Doster Construction Company has been selected to build The Viola, a new multifamily development located at 4321 Research Boulevard in Huntsville.

Doster also developed Huntsville apartment complexes Constellation, The Dempsey and Attain at Bradford Creek.

Common area amenities will include:

Outdoor swimming pool
Outdoor playgrounds
Community clubhouse
Community laundry
Fitness center
Pet washing station

Unit features include:

Dishwasher
Fridge
Microwave
AC/heat
Outdoor storage space
Balconies and patios
352 parking spaces for resident use only
