Beloved Huntsville coffee truck is moving out West

Sparrow Coffee Company announced on August 18 that its time in Huntsville has come to a close. The owner took an opportunity to return to Salt Lake City, Utah, a place that is near and dear to her heart.
Their last day serving coffee to the Huntsville community is Labor Day, two weeks after their announcement.

Their time in Huntsville
Sparrow Coffee Company made appearances all over Huntsville since opening in October 2024. They had pop ups at:
- The Lumberyard
- Blue Origin
- UAH College of Business
- Apartment Complexes
- Huntsville Hospital
- Church Conferences
- Whole Foods
- Blu by Jaydee
- and more
They were around every street corner and now they get to bring that Huntsville hospitality to Utah!
