COMING SOON: Big Bad Breakfast to open a Huntsville location
Reading time: 2 minutes
Big Bad Breakfast will open a Huntsville location at the old Smokey’s BBQ. The location was first announced in 2021 but ultimately delayed, and we’ve got an update for you. Here’s everything you need to know about this popular breakfast chain coming to Huntsville.
What is Big Bad Breakfast?
Big Bad Breakfast, often shortened to “BBB,” opened its first location in Oxford, Mississippi in 2008. Its founder, Chef John Currance, won the James Beard Award for Best Chef South in 2009. Birmingham became home to the second Big Bad Breakfast location in 2014, and the restaurant will have five Alabama locations once Huntsville’s officially opens.
Known for its made-from-scratch cuisine, BBB offers true Southern style breakfast items like chicken and waffles, a variety of biscuits and biscuit sandwiches and hearty egg plates.
