Blushing Books, a local book pop-up on wheels, is starting its journey to a permanent stop: a downtown Huntsville storefront.

What is Blushing Books?
After scooting around Huntsville selling books out of their bright pink “blush bus,” Blushing Books is heading to a brick and mortar storefront later this year.
Since its founding in April of 2025, Blushing Books has traveled to pop-ups and coffee shops across town to brighten up patrons’ days with books!
The business was founded by Anne and Kayla, two moms of three who wanted to bring their love for romance novels to the masses. While the plan started out as a dream, it has obviously turned into a success, and Huntsville book-lovers agree.

About their upcoming brick and mortar spot
While not many details are known about the exact location and timeline for the storefront, the owners are working toward it. The team is asking for support from their patrons in order to make their upcoming store exactly what their supporters dream of.
They plan to use the new space to host author events and book clubs, in addition to housing their vast collection of romance titles.
