There’s so much happening in Huntsville. New businesses are coming all the time. Here are seven brand-new openings in Huntsville to know about.

1. OPEN NOW: Krab Kingz of Huntsville

Want a taste of delicious seafood without leaving Huntsville? Krab Kingz of Huntsville is open for business and ready to serve up some to-die-for eats. Shrimp, crab, lobster, you name it—they’ve got it.

This new location is in Jones Valley. Stay tuned because there is more for Krab Kingz—a Five Points location is in the works.

2. OPEN NOW: Color Me Mine

We’ve teased you with this fun activity before. I am happy to report, it’s ready for you! You can get your color on and make something uniquely yours.

3. The Potato Factory

We’re all about food trucks in Huntsville. Make way for a brand new one. Soon, you can build your own baked potatoes, fries and more. The Potato Factory will have a variety of toppings to choose from. Not to worry, there will be vegan and vegetarian options!

4. Jeremiah’s Italian Ice

With the cold and snow, you might not be thinking about frozen treats right now but you will—sooner than you think. This Florida-based shop will serve ice cream, gelato and Italian Ice, of course.

5. Gordon Food Service Store

There will be a new way to shop for your groceries. Gordon Food offers a variety of products you can buy in bulk. They’ll offer free membership to shoppers, free online ordering, pick-up in-store shopping and same day delivery for businesses.

6. Main Event

Opening February 25, Main Event will be a great place for any party. The 50,000 square foot entertainment complex will open at Bridge Street Town Centre. You can expect bowling, video games, laser tag, gravity ropes, shuffleboard, a zip line and more.

7. Superhero Chefs

Celebrity Chef Darnell “SuperChef” Ferguson is opening a second Alabama location—in our very own Huntsville. Take a peek at the menu, I believe it speaks for itself.

Superhero Chefs gave Huntsville’s taste buds a preview with a food truck at MidCity. After success, the popular restaurant is getting ready to open.
