The holidays are a wonderful time to be with family and friends and to celebrate life. But to many people, the holidays can carry a great deal of loneliness to those who are unable to share them, or they may also be a reminder of the loss of a loved one, a financial burden, a stress-inducer or worse.

That’s why mental health resources are especially important this time of year. If you or a loved one is in need of mental health care this holiday season, we have a few suggestions.

Crisis Services of North Alabama
