Come join us for a Valentine’s Edition of Sensation Heels, a heels-based class centered on fluidity, control, and unapologetic self-expression. This class blends technique and sensuality, emphasizing weight shifts, balance, musicality, and moving with intention while building confidence in heels.
Expect grounded movement, intentional transitions, and choreography designed to explore texture, presence, and connection — to the music and to yourself. This is about embodiment, softness with strength, and letting yourself be fully seen.
❤️ Dress code: Red encouraged ❤️
Dancers should feel comfortable moving at a steady pace and working through detailed movement.
