afterWORDS: David Gate

Join The Snail on the Wall for our very first afterWORDS – a time to unwind with books & friends. 

We are thrilled to welcome poet, writer, and visual artist David Gate for our inaugural gathering. Author of recent release, A Rebellion of Care, David hails from London, UK and now resides in Asheville, North Carolina. His work centers around care for the individual (heart, mind, body, & soul) and the nurture of community (culture, the earth & environment, the dignity of others, and spiritual communities).

Copies of A Rebellion of Care will be available for purchase and signing during the come-and-go hour. David will share a few words at 5:00 pm. 

We hope this casual hour will be the perfect way to relax after a long week. The event is free and open to the public.
