Drake White: Keep It Movin’ Tour
Country-Soul Troubadour Drake White Brings His Keep It Movin’ Tour to The Princess Theatre on December 10, 2025 Decatur, AL — With unshakable charisma and an unstoppable spirit, country-soul troubadour Drake White returns to the road, bringing his Keep It Movin’ Tour to The Princess Theatre on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Known for pouring heart and grit into every performance, White has earned a loyal following with his uplifting sound, powerhouse vocals, and soul-deep storytelling. A native of Alabama, White got his start singing in his church’s youth choir before breaking onto the country scene with his 2013 single “Simple Life.” His 2016 debut album Spark introduced audiences to a fresh and passionate voice, and his following continued to grow with fan-favorite EPs Pieces and Stars. In 2019, White faced a life-threatening hemorrhagic stroke caused by an arteriovenous malformation (AVM), collapsing on stage mid-performance. But with relentless determination and a triumphant recovery, he returned stronger than ever with his acclaimed sophomore album The Optimystic—a collection praised by American Songwriter as “an extremely accomplished album,” and by E! News for offering “hope to anyone dealing with difficulty in their life.” Drake White has continued to expand his creative vision, releasing 2023’s The Bridge—a collaborative seven-song EP featuring artists like Maren Morris and Colbie Caillat—and touring extensively across the U.S. and U.K. He’s shared the stage with country greats such as Luke Bryan, Eric Church, and Zac Brown Band, and was honored as a GRAMMY® Artist of Tomorrow and featured on Rolling Stone’s “10 Country Artists You Need to Know.” His most recent project, Low Country High Road (2024), is a joyful blend of Southern soul, rich storytelling, and feel-good grooves, further cementing his reputation as one of country music’s most resilient and inspiring voices. Presale for Princess Theatre members begins July 15. Tickets go on sale to the public on July 18. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with the show starting at 7:00 p.m. For more information and tickets, visit www.princesstheatre.org.
