Bring the whole crew and enjoy a playful celebration of classic outdoor games set against the Garden’s vibrant summer backdrop. From relay races to water balloon tosses, this high-energy event is designed for all ages. Whether you’re racing across the lawn, cheering from the sidelines, or relaxing with a picnic under the open sky, it’s the perfect way to connect, play, and enjoy the outdoors together.

Event Highlights

• Classic Field Day Games

• Yard Games & Inflatables: Enjoy a bounce house, inflatable slide, and oversized lawn games for extra excitement.

• Friendly Competition: Celebrate victories big and small with fun awards and bragging rights.

• Face Painting: (Included in your Field Day ticket price!) Add a splash of color with creative designs for kids (and the young at heart).

• Concessions: Grab classic made-to-order concessions and refreshing beverages from the Fern & Feast On-The-Go food trailer. Fern & Feast Bistro (located in the Propst Guest Center) will also be open.

• Picnics Encouraged: Bring your own snacks or a full picnic and enjoy a laid-back afternoon on the lawn. Please note that outside alcohol is prohibited at the Garden.

• Bring Your Own Seating: Chairs and blankets are recommended for relaxing with your family between activities.
