From Darkness to Light – 2024 Huntsville Choral Festival Concert

Join us for our 3rd Annual Huntsville Choral Festival Concert, Saturday June 1st at 5:30pm, at Trinity United Methodist Church (607 Airport Rd SW)
This year our guest conductor is the fabulous Dr. Pearl Shangkuan, Director of Choral Activities at Calvin University and President-Elect of the American Choral Directors Association. Dr. Shangkuan’s program, FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT, explores the theme of the triumph of light over darkness, and features composer Elaine Hagenberg’s major work ILLUMINARE.
This concert, featuring the Festival Choir (made up of Huntsville Master Chorale members and Festival attendees) and a full orchestra, is FREE and open to the public. You’re invited to join us for a fantastic evening of music!
