Kitten Yoga is back at the Cattyshack Lounge at Lowe Mill A&E in Huntsville—and this year, we’re turning up the fun with a fresh blend of yoga and pilates!
Join us for our 5th season of this unique, feel-good experience surrounded by playful, adoptable kittens. Led by our talented instructors—Ashlee (yoga) and Ava (pilates)—each session offers a relaxing mix of mindful movement, gentle stretching, core work, and plenty of purring companions to keep you smiling.
Whether you’re here for the stretch, the strength, or the snuggles, this class is the perfect way to support your wellness—and help rescue kittens in need.
