Learning to See: Foundations of Drawing & Oil Painting (Evening)
Drawing and painting are learned skills. Learning to See is an ongoing foundations class in drawing and oil painting with artist Ann Moeller for ages 12 through adult. It is designed for beginners and for artists who want to strengthen the skills they return to again and again, including accurate drawing and proportion, value, light, form, color, edges, composition, and painting from life.
September focuses on building a strong drawing. Using simple still-life setups, students will learn to measure relationships, see angles and alignments, simplify what they see, and make thoughtful corrections. Ann will demonstrate each concept and guide students through practice and questions.

Evening class: 5:45-7:30 PM

$195 for September
All in-studio supplies included
Maximum 10 students
A morning option is also available from 10:15 AM-12:00 PM. Students may enroll for September only or choose ongoing monthly enrollment.
