About the tour
Join us for a special, members-only guided tour of the Garden’s beloved Purdy Butterfly House. Led by Karolina Sawicka, Horticulture Educator, at Huntsville Botanical Garden, this exclusive experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at our butterfly release program, including insight into the APHIS permit required to release butterflies. You’ll also learn about butterfly habitats, feeding practices, and how butterflies are delivered and cared for.
This 45-minute program is designed for an adult audience, though children are welcome to attend. The tour is free for Garden members, but registration is required and space is limited.
