 Andrew Luy & Ann Moeller Studio 271 in historic Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment is opening their studio doors to all of you for an evening of snacks, sculpture, and stories as we unveil something monumental (pun intended).

Ever wondered what it takes to sculpt a larger-than-life Martin Luther King monument? Curious about how artists win public art commissions? At Snack, See, and Share, you’ll:

•  Snack: Enjoy light refreshments while mingling with fellow art lovers in a casual, creative atmosphere.
•  See: Be the first to get an up-close look at our nearly-finished clay sculpture of MLK before it heads off to Winter Park, Florida for its final transformation into bronze. 
•  Share: Hear from us about our journey to winning public art commissions, including the behind-the-scenes challenges and triumphs of bringing a monumental sculpture to life.

Expect art secrets, inspiration, and plenty of conversation as we share what it’s like to sculpt and secure public art opportunities.
