Structure Build: Hickory Cove

Out with the old, in with the new! Join us for a rewarding day on the trail as we demolish an aging bridge and begin constructing a new one in its place.

This is a perfect opportunity for carpentry enthusiasts or anyone who enjoys hands-on, meaningful work in the outdoors. You’ll be part of a team transforming a key trail feature—leaving a lasting impact for every hiker who follows.

The work will be active and engaging, combining demolition, construction, and teamwork in a beautiful natural setting.

Whether you’re skilled with tools or just eager to help, this is your chance to build something that will serve the community for years to come.

No experience required. Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Bug spray, sunscreen, work gloves, eye protection, and water recommended. Complete a separate registration for each individual participating (each person must sign a waiver). Guardians may sign up on behalf of minors. Registration Required.
