Winterville returns to the Redstone Arsenal Activity Field on December 7-8, 2024.

Winterville is Redstone Arsenal’s signature holiday celebration with the community. It includes an official tree lighting ceremony and holiday market. The event is free to attend and open to the public. Activities families can enjoy include on-the-spot photos with Mr. and Mrs. Claus, a vendor and kidpreneur market, holiday-themed craft making station, polar bear slide, giant sleigh photo-op, a winter sports pavilion, candy delivery, the lighting of the 25′ holiday tree, great food and beverage, and more. The event is open 1-8 p.m. on Saturday, December 7 and noon – 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 8. Come hungry and ready to do your holiday shopping. The public can enter through Gate 10 Patton Rd/South.
