About Bay’s performance

We loved watching this showdown! (NBC)

Bay joins the voice this season with fellow Alabamian Alexia Jayy, who hails from Mobile. Bay has strong music roots — his mother, Angela Hacker, is a winner of “Nashville Star,” and his stepfather, James LeBlanc, is a Muscle Shoals songwriter.

On the most recent episode of “Battle Rounds,” Bay wowed judge Adam Levine with a performance covering Morgan Wallen’s smash hit “I’m The Problem” competing against teammate Hunter Jordan.

Bay ultimately won the round, advancing further in the competition:

“He’s just cool, man. The dude’s cool.

Bay just takes things and does things that make my soul feel good.”

We can’t wait to see what he does next — tune in to ‘The Voice’ on NBC Monday nights at 9/8c, or on Peacock next-day!
