Football season is back — 4 of the best sports bars to watch football

It’s the time of year again that everyone in The South has been waiting for: football season. It’s full of crisp fall air, buffalo chicken dip, ice cold drinks and Saturday gatherings to cheer on your favorite team. As the summer heat continues to beat down, I think a lot of us are eager for the fall activities to begin.

So, let’s kick off this football season with four of Huntsville’s best sports bars where you can enjoy food and drinks, all while cheering on your team.

1. The Brass Tap

The Brass Tap has a huge selection of craft beer to choose from and offers the perfect menu for game day. They offer brunch, happy hours, wing combos, loaded fries, gourmet grilled cheese and much more.

Craft beer, Burgers and…sushi? Yep, Drake’s menu offers a wide array of items including steak, sandwiches, smashed burgers and sushi. With tons of TVs and amazing food, you and your buddies are sure to have a wonderful football Saturday.

3. Furniture Factory Bar + Grill

At Furniture Factory Bar & Grill you can expect to find fried sandwiches, tacos, brunch and much more, yum! Upon arrival you may think this spot is a small dive bar — do not be fooled! Keep walking to the back of the restaurant — it opens up to a huge outdoor area with a stage, 3 bars, couches and lots of additional seating.

They have a variety of events like live music, karaoke and Alabama/Auburn football specials.

4. Humphrey’s Bar + Grill

Humphrey’s Bar & Grill has great potential to be your next weekend sports bar spot. Not only do they have TVs for game day, but they often have food and drink specials along with a back patio and live music.
