For 31 years, Garden Cove Produce stood, selling fresh and locally sourced fruits, vegetables and more. It began as a community garden at Oakwood College (now known as Oakwood University) and later adapted a storefront.

The grocery store was located along Meridian Street near Downtown Huntsville. While being remembered for its murals, family feels + fresh produce, the site it stood on is now being reimagined.

A new project has begun on what once sat Garden Cove Produce. Keep reading to hear how this redevelopment will bring new businesses to Meridian Street.
