1. Fuwa Fuwa

Fuwa Fuwa (meaning “fluffy fluffy”) is North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert cafe. Opening soon on Whitesburg drive, the pancake haven offers some cool options and twists to the traditional pancake.

If you enjoy craft beer, you will love hearing that The Beer Hog is opening soon in Madison. This is a craft beer bar (also serving spirits) that already has become immensely popular in the Birmingham area.

The world-famous optometry hub is coming to Bridge Street. With literally thousands of eyeglass frames and trained/knowledgeable optometrists to help you, this is a huge addition to the business community.

5. Lawler’s BBQ (Harvest)

Anyone who has lived in Huntsville for even a short amount of time likely knows about Lawler’s BBQ. Well, these folks are expanding their footprint again in the Rocket City, having opened a new location in Harvest. So while saying its one of the “new businesses” is a bit misleading, we are excited about the expansion!
