Honest Coffee reveals new “charged” chai to celebrate UAH Tipoff
The University of Alabama in Huntsville is observing Alumni Weekend from Thursday, Sept. 21 to Sunday, Sept. 24, and Honest Coffee has a brand new menu item to help celebrate.
Between Friday and Sunday, you can stop by and grab yourself a special Charger Chai drink. Additionally, UAH students can stop by either Honest Coffee location all weekend and receive a 10% discount when they show their student ID. Read on to learn more about the limited menu item and the UAH Tipoff.
Get Charger Chai for a limited time at Honest Coffee
The Charger Chai is a vanilla chai “charged” with an extra shot of espresso. If you’re unfamiliar with Honest Coffee Roasters’ delicious line of chai or you like your chai simple, this will be a great place to start. Occasionally, they’ll brew up seasonally-themed chais as well, like this autumn’s Apple Pie Chai.

When + where to celebrate the UAH Tipoff
The Charger Tipoff will be held on Friday, Sept. 22 at 7PM at The Yarbrough parking lot at the corner of Holmes Avenue and Jefferson Street. The event is free to attend and will feature a preview of the UAH men’s and women’s basketball teams and introductions from each team’s respective coach.
