HSV-TV coming to Apple TV soon

It’s about to get a lot easier to keep up with the City of Huntsville.

The city’s government channel, HSV-TV, is coming to Apple TV in just a couple of months. Keep reading to learn more about the move.

What is HSV-TV?

The government channel HSV-TV highlights city services, events and public service announcements of upcoming city meetings. 

You can currently watch the channel on:

  • City of Huntsville website
  • HSV TV on Comcast channels 1088 or 16
  • HSV TV on WOW channel 42. Check with your cable provider for additional channel information.
  • City of Huntsville Mobile App. Search for the “City of Huntsville” on Android and iOS
  • Roku or Amazon Fire TV

Coming this October, city streaming will be available on Apple TV, making it that much easier to keep up with Huntsville City Council and more.

Want to get engaged with Huntsville’s local government? Mark your calendar for these live meetings:

  • City Council meetings are broadcast at 5:30 P.M. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.
  • Planning Commission meetings are broadcast at 5 P.M. on the fourth Tuesday of the month.
  • Huntsville Historic Preservation Commission (HHPC) meetings are broadcast at 4:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month.
