Huntsville International Airport (HSV) set an impressive passenger traffic record in 2023. Over 1.47 million passengers traveled through the airport in the last year.

The public airport is served by airlines like American Airlines, Breeze Airways, Delta Air Lines, Silver Airways and United Airlines.

This new record marks a 22.7% increase compared to 2022 and is a result of several factors.

“Legacy airlines American, Delta and United have added more seats and greater frequency of weekly flights to their schedules from HSV. We saw the addition of some exciting seasonal routes in 2023 including nonstop service to Miami.”

Butch Roberts, CEO, Port of Huntsville

Keep an eye on HSV’s growth, as it’s not slowing down any time soon.

“Our capacity will allow us to grow without having to make any major investments. We’re built for future growth without major impacts to the traveler.”

Trey Bentley, chairman, Port of Huntsville
