Huntsville airport sets another traffic record with 180K+ passengers in July

The Huntsville International Airport set another passenger traffic record in July, topping the previous record set in May of this year. The airport served 182,556 passengers last month, surpassing the previous record by nearly 10,000 passengers.
Airport officials attribute the record growth primarily to an expansion of nonstop flight options and increased seating capacity.

Huntsville airport’s new traffic record

In 2025, HSV broke its all-time record for passenger traffic in a year serving 1.7 million passengers. The airport is on pace to break that record, with three of the busiest months in HSV history happening over the last three months.
