Downtown Huntsville apartment complex Bartley Lofts now complete

Construction on Barltey Lofts, one of the newest apartment complexes here in Huntsville, is now complete. The $71 million multi-family development is located on Monroe Street downtown.

Located at 805 Monroe St SW, Huntsville, AL 35801, Bartley Lofts spans 344,000 square feet and includes:

273 apartment homes across a six-story, wrap-style building
Structured parking
Ground-level retail
A mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences with 13 distinct floor plans
Walkable access to Big Spring Park
Close proximity to Redstone Arsenal and Research Park
