Huntsville City Football Club announces new preseason schedule

The Huntsville City Football Club’s inaugural season is almost upon us and the team recently revelaed its preseason schedule as the team gears up for MLS NEXT Pro season action.
Although the renovations to HCFC’s home stadium — Joe Davis Stadium — are still not completed, the team will still play a few “home” games in the preseason, both at John Hunts Park and at UAH. Here’s what we know:
The Huntsville City Football Club Preseason Schedule
The Huntsville City FC kicked off its inaugural preseason Feb. 11, on the road against the Birmingham Legion FC, a match that ended in a 0-0 tie.
In all, the team will play six more preseason matches, with three of them played in Huntsville. Here’s the rest of the preseason schedule:
- Feb. 22 at Nashville SC, 12PM
- Feb. 25 at Chattanooga Red Wolves, 1PM
- March 4 vs Savannah Clovers at John Hunts Park, 3:30PM
- March 14 vs. FC Cincinnati 2 at John Hunt Park, 7PM
- March 18 at Chattanooga FC, 2PM
- March 22 vs UAH at Charger Park, 6PM
All preseason friendlies are in preparation for Huntsville City FC’s inaugural season in the MLS NEXT Pro. The club will be announcing more details regarding the regular season schedule in the coming weeks.
Tickets for the home matches against the Savannah Clovers and FC Cincinnati 2 are $8 and are now available here.
