Bagel lovers, rejoice — there’s a new shop in town!

Jeff’s Bagel Run has brought their “boiled, never toasted” bagels to the Rocket City, and we couldn’t be happier. Keep reading to learn more!

Jeff’s Bagel Run got its start in Central Florida, where owners Jeff and Danielle noticed a gap in the market for authentic NY-style bagels.

The business gets its name from their humble approach to bagels — in the early days, Jeff would literally “run” his homemade bagels to neighbors, friends + local businesses. Clearly a smash success, they decided to open their first storefront in 2016.

Flash-forward to 2026, Jeff’s has 38 stores across the country and counting.

Jeff’s offers a wide variety of 15 bagel options, with 14 schmears — that’s literally 210 options of delicious bagel + spread combos. They also have a wide variety of beverages including a banana bread cold brew, which sounds absolutely divine.

We were told to try the Asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese, and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
