Las Trojas opens up a new location on University Drive

Las Trojas has already opened eight locations across three states—and now, it’s time for a ninth location.

This addition is located on University Drive in Huntsville and will be serving up familiar tacos, fajitas and, of course, Margaronas. Here’s what to know about the newest Las Trojas.

The grand opening is February 6

There will be plenty of tacos for everyone at Las Trojas on February 6—the day of their grand opening.

They’ll be open for just a couple of hours for the grand opening from 2-4PM. Sounds like a good opportunity to spice up a Monday and grab a hearty afternoon snack.

After their grand opening, be sure to keep an eye on their Facebook page for when they’ll be extending their hours.

What to expect at this ninth location

This will be Las Trojas’ ninth location and the fifth in the North Alabama region (with others in Athens, Florence, Madison, Hazel Green and on Highway 53).

You’ll find many of the same Las Trojas classics at the University Drive location, but there will also be a taco bar with street tacos and tortas.

Ready for some tacos and a Margarona? The new spot is next to Waffle House and across the street from Jim n Nick’s on University Drive.
