Local government offices will be closed

Here’s what businesses and services are definitely closed Monday:

Federal Offices – Closed
State Offices – Closed
Municipal Offices – Closed
U.S. Post Office – Closed. Mail will not run Monday, but will resume Tuesday
Banks – Closed
Huntsville Museum of Art – Closed
Madison County Courthouse – Closed
Madison County Public Libraries – Closed
Madison County Senior Centers – Closed
Early Works Museums – Closed
Costco stores – Closed
UPS — Closed
FedEx — Closed

Many local businesses will be closed or have holiday hours, so calling ahead would be advised, but for the most part, grocery stores, pharmacies and home improvement stores are open.
