MicroFlex specializes in flexible workspaces, as remote and hybrid work is becoming more common in a variety of industries. This Huntsville facility, located at 405 Slaughter Road, will feature:

  • 40 units across approximately 47,000 square feet on a centrally located 3.5-acre site
  • Units ranging from 1,000 to 1,250 square feet
  • High ceilings
  • Grade-level roll-up doors
  • Restrooms
  • Ample parking

Scheduled to open in early Fall 2025, the site will begin pre-leasing in Spring 2025.

“Many businesses no longer require traditional large-scale office or industrial spaces. They seek smaller, affordable, flexible options that allow them to adapt quickly without long-term commitments or renovation costs. MicroFlex fills this gap by providing high-quality, ready-to-use spaces for a wide range of applications.”

Andy Sink, MicroFlex co-founder
