New poll says best ramen in Alabama is here in Huntsville

According to culinary publication Tasting Table, the best ramen in Alabama can be found right here in Huntsville at Kamado Ramen. The publication ranked the Best Ramen in Every State in an August 23 post.
The ratings gave preference to “high-quality ramen restaurants that source local ingredients, have diversified menus and feature welcoming dining rooms.”

Kamodo Ramen is the best ramen in Alabama
Kamodo Ramen has two locations in Huntsville, at Stovehouse and in MidCity:
The list implied that the Stovehouse location was the one reviewed, saying it “offers a distinctly urban and fun environment with acclaimed service.”
“The beautiful ramen bowls offer pitch-perfect renditions of classics, like tonkotsu with wheat noodles and pork broth, and kimchi ramen with pork broth, egg noodles and sukiyaki beef.”
