New business park coming to Athens in 2026

A new business park, similar to Cummings Research Park in Huntsville, is coming to Athens, and is expected to open in 2026. The project, Athens Business Park, is a flex development located at 1651 Jefferson Street SE in Athens.

Athens Business Park offers:

  • HVAC
  • Storefront glass entry door
  • An oversized roll-up door for easy vehicular access. 

Designed for small businesses, Athens Business Park provides flexible lease terms and clear monthly pricing to deliver a seamless, move-in-ready solution.

CBRE is the leasing agent representing the park. Stringer Vogtle and Wood Howell of Vogtle Howell Companies, a developer out of Birmingham, spearheaded the project.
