A new 18-acre commercial development has been announced at Cummings Research Park. The Sparkman Drive Project will include several office and industrial spaces, as well as a hub for business development.

The Sparkman Drive Project is an 18-acre parcel, featuring 223,500 square feet of industrial space. TriOut Advisory Group, the developer of the project, aims to make the development a cornerstone for business and innovation in the area.

The development includes:

  • A 4,500-square-foot stan-alone warehouse facility
  • A 9,000-square-foot high-bay warehouse facility
  • A 130,000-square-foot office building with warehouse space
  • An 80,000-square-foot warehouse facility

The Sparkman Drive Project is situated in a federally designated opportunity zone, allowing investors to benefit from significant tax incentives.
