The Sparkman Drive Project is an 18-acre parcel, featuring 223,500 square feet of industrial space. TriOut Advisory Group, the developer of the project, aims to make the development a cornerstone for business and innovation in the area.

- A 4,500-square-foot stan-alone warehouse facility
- A 9,000-square-foot high-bay warehouse facility
- A 130,000-square-foot office building with warehouse space
